This is the second year that ACM Multimedia includes an INDUSTRIAL EXHIBIT track that will showcase demonstrations of innovative multimedia related products, applications and services. This track is meant to provide an important venue for companies to demonstrate novel applications, as well as a major point of contact and cross-fertilization between research and industry. Please consider contributing a paper and demonstration to the Industrial Exhibit track.
All accepted demonstrations will also include a 2-page paper that will be published as part of the conference proceedings.
Submissions should include a brief technical description of the demonstration as well as the appropriate use cases from real-world settings. Different from the demo session where prototypes can be presented, we are looking forward to showcasing mature multimedia applications, solutions and services that are available to users as beta trials or products. Submissions will be evaluated based on various criteria including the quality and level of details, as well as the relevance to the conference and to the broader community.
Deadline for submission: August 15th, 2011 (11:59 PM PDT)
Notification of acceptance: August 26, 2011 (11:59 PM PDT)
Final manuscript submission deadline: September 5, 2011 (11:59 PM PDT)
Camera-ready: September 12, 2011
